Abigail Jager’s research interests include statistics, causal inference, instrumental variables, likelihood methods, and structural equation models. 

Abigail Jager joined the Washington University Department of Mathematics and Statistics in Fall 2020, and she transitioned to the Department of Statistics and Data Science when it was founded in 2023.  She teaches a wide variety of courses including introductory courses and upper-level undergraduate courses.  She has created courses for and works with the Humanities Digital Workshop and leads the SDS Teaching Seminar.  She is interested in making statistics more accessible to individuals from non-STEM disciplines.
