Dirk Killen
Associate Dean of Advising, College of Arts & Sciences
Dean Killen is associate dean for academic advising and the first-year experience in the College of Arts & Sciences. In this role, he serves as a four-year advisor and directs the Four-Year Advising Program in the College, working with academic advisors in various parts of the campus community to provide a holistic, student centered advising program for our undergraduate students.
He also teaches and administers the first year program, Literary Culture of Modern Ireland. Passions include the St. Louis Cardinals, Boston Celtics, and taijiquan.
