Classics major Max Schmitz has been selected as a summer volunteer for the Athenian Agora excavations.
This summer, Max will be a volunteer excavator for the Athenian Agora excavations, operated by the American School of Classical Studies at Athens. He will participate in all aspects of the archaeological fieldwork, from excavation basics to cleaning and conservation to record keeping. Congratulations, Max!
