Reparations in Greater St. Louis: Roundtable Discussion
The WashU & Slavery Project is convening a roundtable discussion of "Reparations in Greater St. Louis" at the conference of the Association for the Study of the Worldwide African Diaspora (ASWAD) being held in St. Louis October 29 through November 2. Representatives of an array of reparative justice efforts locally, nationally, and globally, will discuss past, present, and potential future efforts to understand and address legacies of slavery in the St. Louis region.
Roundtable participants include:

- Lynne Jackson, Founder and President of the Dred Scott Heritage Foundation
- Kayla Reed, Action St. Louis and former Chairperson of the City of St. Louis Mayoral Reparations Commission
- Winnie Sullivan, Racial Equity Review and the Racial History Committee of St. Francis Xavier College Church
- Pamela Westbrooks-Hodge, Justice for Celia Foundation
- Geoff Ward (moderator), Director of the WashU & Slavery Project
